Do you live in Bayonne, Anglet, or Biarritz? Take advantage of our completely free Click and Collect service! Place your order and, like secret agents, we’ll contact you to set up a time. During this discreet face-to-face meeting, we’ll hand you your order in person. It’s our way of saying “Thank you” to our local community.

Delivery to Pickup Point – The Local Adventure

For those who prefer a little walk to pick up their treasure, we collaborate with Mondial Relay and Relais Colis. Expect 3 to 5 business days for your parcel to arrive at a nearby pickup point. A little patience for a big reward!

A few words about this delivery method: We truly believe it’s the safest way to deliver to you, and we highly recommend it. In fact, if we could choose just one, it would be this one. No frustration waiting at home, or complaining about a delivery person who didn’t make the effort to walk to your mailbox… It’s the cheapest option, and it’s the one that gives the most satisfaction to both our clients and us.

Standard Home Delivery – The Classic

Opt for peace of mind with our standard home delivery. Usually within 2 business days, it’s the perfect method for those who prefer to receive their gadgets directly at their doorstep.

Express Delivery – When Every Second Counts

For those in a hurry, choose express delivery. With services like UPS Express or Chronopost, expect to be amazed: most of the time, your items will arrive within 24 hours. It’s almost as fast as clicking “order”!

Bonus: Free Shipping on Orders Over 99 Euros

Any order over 99 euros benefits from free delivery to a pickup point (for the reasons mentioned above). It’s our way of thanking you for your order.

Return Policy at The Belmondo

We do our best to offer you a complete online shopping experience, with plenty of photos and detailed descriptions. We even offer a video conference service for a live presentation, just like in-store. However, if you need to return an item, please contact us beforehand. Each situation will be evaluated individually. Since we already cover a large portion, or even all, of the shipping costs, we cannot offer return shipping for a simple change of mind.
